Accessibility Statement

Profitec AI is committed to making this site accessible to people with disabilities, in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, and Israeli Standard 5568 (which incorporates WCAG 2.1 Level AA). Last updated 2026-05-21.

1. Our commitment

Profitec AI — operated by Profitec Israeli Innovation Center Ltd. — is committed to ensuring that profitec-ai.com is accessible to people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should have equal access to information about our services, regardless of ability or assistive technology.

We actively work to comply with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard 5568 which incorporates the international W3C WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines.

2. What web accessibility means

Web accessibility means designing and developing the site so that people with disabilities — including visual, auditory, cognitive, neurological, and motor disabilities — can perceive, navigate, and interact with the site without barriers. When sites are correctly designed and edited, all users have equal access to content and functionality.

3. Conformance status

This site has been built to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the standard referenced by Israeli Standard 5568 and the international baseline for service accessibility. Where individual components fall short of full conformance, we treat that as a bug and prioritize the fix.

4. Accessibility features

The site has been designed and developed with the following accessibility features:

Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks
Every page is built from semantic elements (header, nav, main, section, article, footer) so screen readers can navigate by region. Decorative graphics are marked aria-hidden so they don't add noise.
Keyboard navigation
All interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields, collapsibles) are reachable via Tab and operable via Enter or Space. Focus order follows the visual order on every page.
Visible focus states
All interactive elements display a visible mint outline on :focus-visible (2px outline + 3px offset), so keyboard users always know where focus is.
Color contrast
Body text on background colors meets the WCAG 2.1 AA 4.5:1 contrast ratio. Heading text and large UI elements meet or exceed 3:1. Accent colors (mint, gradient brand mark) are used for decoration, not for conveying meaning alone.
Image alt text
Photographic and informational images carry descriptive alt attributes. Purely decorative images (backdrops, watermarks, atmospheric vignettes) use empty alt or aria-hidden so screen readers skip them.
Reduced motion
Every animation on the site respects prefers-reduced-motion. Scroll reveals, blueprint line-draw animations, agent-flow particle effects, and section transitions all snap to their final state when reduced motion is requested by the operating system.
Resizable text
Layouts hold up to a browser zoom of 200% without loss of content or functionality. The site uses fluid typography (clamp()) and relative units so font scaling works.
Language declaration
The site declares English (lang="en") at the document root, so assistive technology pronounces content in the correct language.

5. Known limitations

We continuously improve the site, but the following limitations are known and being addressed:

Embedded design previews
Pages under /preview/ are design drafts uploaded as static HTML for stakeholder review. These pages may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA — they are not part of the public-facing site and are not linked from the main navigation. They will be either accessibility-audited or removed before public launch on the production domain.
Third-party embedded content
Where the site embeds third-party content (e.g. video, social previews, external case-study references), the accessibility of that content depends on the third party. Where we identify gaps we flag them and provide an accessible alternative on request.

6. Physical office accessibility

Profitec AI operates remotely. Our registered office address (per the Privacy Policy) is 34a Shmurat Nahal Banias St., Netanya, 4207858, Israel; client engagements are conducted by video conference, phone, and email. If you require a physical meeting and have accessibility requirements, please contact the Accessibility Coordinator below and we will arrange a suitable venue.

7. Accessibility coordinator

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, or if you require alternative formats or assistance, please contact our Accessibility Coordinator. We aim to respond within five working days.
